Refund Policy

At MUNDUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you with your request.

1. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable return period from the date your order was delivered. Please contact us before sending any product back so that we can provide you with the appropriate instructions.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the product should generally be returned in its original condition and packaging, where applicable. Products that have been damaged, used excessively or altered may not qualify for a full refund.

Certain products may be subject to specific return conditions due to their nature. If this applies to your purchase, our customer support team will provide further information.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other relevant information so that we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will process the applicable refund through the original payment method whenever possible.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the refund is related to an error on our part, a damaged item or another situation where applicable law requires otherwise.

Return shipping costs may also be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be offered where a product is returned with minor damage, missing components or other issues that affect its condition.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team before returning the product. Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange an exchange or provide an alternative solution.

8. How to Contact Us

To request a refund, return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of your request.
